DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT

Mr Paul Rengel (Non-Executive Chairman) FCA B.Com

Paul Rengel is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, with 35 years experience in public practice in international firms. After having been a partner in Touche Ross he joined Moore Stephens in 1996 where he is a Corporate Services Partner covering areas of takeovers, restructuring and re-organisation, company listings, strategic and general business planning.

Mr Rengel is also an Associate of the Australian Institute of Management, and a foundation member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. As non-executive Chairman, Mr Rengel provides the Company advice in the areas of corporate governance, accounting and financial management.

Mr Rengel is also an adviser to a number of public companies and is Non-Executive Chairman of Finbar International Limited, Non-Executive Chairman of XRF Scientific Limited and a Non-executive Director of Astop Biohealth Limited.

Mr Warren Staude (Non-Executive Director) BSc, MSc, MAusIMM, F Fin

Warren Staude is a qualified geologist with over 40 years of professional experience in the mining industry, specializing in resource investment, evaluation and management.

Over the last 20 years Mr Staude has been engaged mainly in institutional investment management and research. After completing a Masters degree in mineral economics he joined the AMP Society as a resource analyst and later resource portfolio manager. He then spent 3 years in stock broking, establishing Sydney office investment research departments for 2 separate firms. He then joined GIO as the senior resources portfolio manager in charge of all of GIO's resource investments. After AMP's take-over of GIO in 1999, he took a leading role in establishing a specialist international resource equity investment fund.

Mr Staude is an invited member of the Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) as the representative of the Securities Institute of Australia and the VALMIN committee as an independent appointee.

Prior to joining the investment industry, Mr Staude worked on the academic staff at Macquarie University while he completed a Masters degree in Mineral Economics.

Mr Staude is currently a (non-executive) director of ASX listed Central West Gold NL, Malachite Resources NL, Frontier Resources Ltd and Eagle Eye Metals Ltd. He was briefly a director of Jupiter Mines Ltd which he assisted through its IPO.

Mr Bevan Tarratt (Non-Executive Director)B.Com

Bevan Tarratt, 30, has an extensive background in the accounting industry having worked in various local accounting firms for the past 10 years and is currently a Partner at Marlston Taxation & Financial Services and Magill Financial Services.

Mr Tarratt was previously a director and Chief Financial Officer of Atom Energy Limited. In addition Mr Tarratt has a comprehensive practical business background having owned various medium sized retail businesses and is currently involved in Residential and Commercial property development.

Mr David Hamlyn (Operations and Exploration Manager)BAppSc (AppGeol), MAusIMM

David Hamlyn, is the principal of Resourserve Pty Ltd, a geological contracting company which provides exploration, mineral resource and mining advice and management to companies in the resource sector. Mr Hamlyn is a geologist with a broad range of exploration, mine management and corporate experience. He has been involved in the successful exploration for, and development of several gold deposits in Western Australia and precious metal, base metal and uranium exploration in Australia since 1977.

He has held exploration positions with numerous companies and senior mine management roles including Resident Manager of Centaur Mining and Exploration Limited's gold operations from 1992 to 1999 and General Manager of New Hampton Goldfields Limited's Jubilee Gold Operations to 2001. Mr Hamlyn was Managing Director of Atom Energy Limited from listing in June 2007 to June 2008, and Technical Director and Chief Executive Officer of West Australian Metals Ltd from February 2002 to May 2006. He has also previously served as Exploration Director of Australasian Gold Mines NL (1988 to 1990) and Director of Austin Engineering Limited (2002 to 2004). He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Applied Geology) and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr Bruce Lane (Executive)B.Com, MBA/MSc GAICD

Bruce Lane has been a Director of a number of unlisted exploration companies and has managed the ASX IPO process for a number of exploration companies. His management expertise and training includes general management, capital raising, finance, strategy, acquisitions, growth funding, and sales. Mr. Lane holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration/Management Science degrees. In addition Mr. Lane has a wealth of corporate advisory and marketing experience and has been associated with Stonehenge Metals from its inception.

Mr Jay Stephenson (Company Secretary) MBA CMA MAICD

Jay Stephenson is a qualified accountant and has been involved in manufacturing and business development for 18 years including the past 13 years as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for various listed and unlisted entities in resources, manufacturing, wine, hotels, and property. He has been involved in business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, capital raisings, business restructuring as well managing all areas of finance for companies.
